Life is just another adventure if you really look into its channels. On the first day we are born, we begin a new adventure to healthy aging. After a while, we take our first baby step. After puberty the declination continues, which our body and minds start weakening.

We understand that incorporating the right amount of fibers into our bodies daily will add bulk to our stools. It will speed up to come through and out of our body. You have several choices, which includes exercise and diet. This will make you feel a lot better as you start aging. Walking is a good exercise to do, but swimming is the best exercise that you can do as long as you swim in fresh water not a pool. The bleach in the water isn’t good for you. Swimming pools are great however, since you can keep them as clean as you wish, providing you have your own pool. Remember when you start out exercising, take it slow and be careful so you do not harm your self. You can also take vitamins to help you as well. Vitamins will help the boost your mood. Vitamins will supply ingredients that boost your energy so that you can do what you want to do in life. You want to stay active to live in healthy aging. Some people are too busy to incorporate activities into their life to keep them healthy. Don’t let this be you.

CURE OF BAD BREATH

Bad breath is a common health problem in the society.Offenssive smell from the mouth may be due to various reasons.The main reason is the presence of anaerobic bacteria in the biofilm formed on the tongue .These bacteria degrades the proteins present in the food resulting in the production of some offenssive gases like hydrogen sulphide,skatol ect.

1) Oral hygiene:

5) Gargling:

After every meal gargling with lukewarm water is useful.For better result little common salt is dissolved in the lukewarm water .Different types of mouth wash is available in the market in different trade names.Gargling with mouth wash can also reduce bad breath.

6) Food habits:

Protein containing food articles are known to produce bad breath. Example; meat, milk, fish, egg etc. If these food articles are taken proper cleaning is essential.Some food articles are known to produce particular smell which may be unpleasent for others. Acid reflux is the common term for gastro esophageal reflux disease or GERD, the condition of abnormal reflux that causes mucosal damages.
